1. Returns of Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Our team will guide you through the return process.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, we may ask for photos of the product and packaging.
This helps verify the problem and ensures a faster refund or replacement.
2. Returns Due to Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The items are resalable (not worn, washed, or damaged).
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card).
Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.
