In these Terms and Conditions:

Article 3 – Applicability

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Evelyn Vancouver reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.


Article 4 – The Offer

We aim to describe and present our products as accurately as possible.
Images, descriptions, and product information on the website are intended to reflect the product faithfully. However, minor variations in color, texture, or details may occur.

Obvious errors or typographical mistakes in prices or descriptions do not create binding obligations for Evelyn Vancouver.


Article 5 – The Agreement

An order is considered complete once payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation email is sent to the customer.

Evelyn Vancouver reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected,

  • Incorrect pricing or stock information is displayed,

  • The customer fails to meet payment requirements.

All personal information provided must be accurate and up to date.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

The return policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia).


Article 7 – Consumer Obligations During the Withdrawal Period

During the 30-day return period, you may inspect and try the product only as you would in a physical store.
If you decide to return the product, it must be sent back in its original packaging and condition.

You are responsible for ensuring the return is safely packaged.


Article 8 – Exercising the Right of Withdrawal and Associated Costs

To initiate a return, contact support@evelynvancouver.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions by email.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Article 9 – Obligations of Evelyn Vancouver in Case of Withdrawal

Once we receive your returned product and confirm it meets the conditions, we will refund your payment within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the order.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


Article 10 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products made to order or customized for you,

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings, underwear, or intimate apparel),

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.


Article 11 – Pricing

All prices on the website are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes.

Evelyn Vancouver reserves the right to adjust prices, product descriptions, or promotions at any time.


Article 12 – Fulfilment and Warranty

We guarantee that all products meet reasonable expectations for quality and durability.
If a product is found to be defective within a reasonable time after delivery, please contact us for assistance.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or lack of care.


Article 13 – Delivery and Performance

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on location and carrier.

Article 14 – Ongoing Agreements and Termination

Evelyn Vancouver does not offer automatic subscription renewals unless clearly stated in a specific offer.
If a subscription service is introduced, you may cancel it at any time by notifying us at least 30 days in advance.


Article 15 – Payment

Payment must be made at checkout through accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Evelyn Vancouver does not store any credit card information.


Article 16 – Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about your order or our service, please contact support@evelynvancouver.com.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to the Consumer Protection Office of British Columbia or an appropriate small claims court.


Article 17 – Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.


Article 18 – Supplementary Provisions

Additional or deviating provisions will only apply if they do not disadvantage the consumer and are agreed upon in writing or electronically.
